This referral program is designed to incentivize real estate agents to refer vacation rental properties to Amelia Vacations. Agents who refer properties will be compensated with a long-term financial incentive, while their relationship with their clients will be protected.

1. Earn $500 annually:  Real estate agents who successfully refer a vacation rental property to Amelia Vacations will receive $250-$500 per year for the life of the property in our rental program. This payment will be made annually, contingent on the property remaining actively listed in our vacation rental management program and based on the profitability potential of the property. 
2. Free Rental Projections:  Our experienced rental team will be happy to provide you with free rental projection reports for any of your customers and clients

To qualify for the referral incentive, agents must:

1. Register the Property: Agents must formally register the referred property with Amelia Vacations at the time of the referral. The registration form will capture the property’s details, the agent’s information, and the property owner’s contact information.
2. Property Activation: The property must be fully onboarded into our vacation rental program, which includes meeting all criteria for listing and management.
3. Property Continuity: The referral incentive will continue for the duration of time the property remains in the Amelia Vacations program.

At Amelia Vacations, we understand that real estate agents have built trusted relationships with their clients. We commit to:

1. Client Ownership: We will safeguard the agent-client relationship, ensuring the real estate agent remains the client’s primary point of contact for all real estate transactions.
2. No Real Estate Solicitation: Amelia Vacations will not solicit real estate services to referred clients. Any inquiries regarding buying or selling property will be directed back to the referring agent.

1. Annual Payout: Agents will receive $500 upon onboarding new property and then annually, beginning one year from the property’s onboarding date will receive $250-$500, as long as the property remains active in the program and based on the profitability potential of the property.
2. Program Termination: The incentive will cease if the property is withdrawn from the Amelia Vacations rental program or fails to meet management standards.  Fernandina Beach Realty and Amelia Vacations reserves the right to make changes to this program.
