We accept and appreciate referrals!
- Individuals - You will receive a total of $1,000 for referring a Homeowner who signs up to join our Vacation Property Portfolio. You will receive $500 at time of contract signing, and $500 after the first reservation.
- Real Estate Agents - You will receive $500 at time of onboarding, and $250- $500 annually for the life of the rental. (Determined by projected revenue opportunity)

- Your department will receive $1,000 or 10% whichever is greater, after the customer has either purchased or sold a property with our real estate experts.

- You will receive $500 at time of onboarding and $500 upon the new agent's first closed sale.
